In his review, Lawrence Haddad, executive director of the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN), said the book is a practical guide for entrepreneurs in the food sector.

“Simply put, it is probably the best book I have ever read on this topic. I will make sure it is widely available to all of my staff at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition,” he said.

“I will urge my colleagues and my partners to read it, learn from it, share it, critique it and critically act on it and I urge you to do the same.”

Tito Aderoju, founder of Oryx Foods, said the book is a “mini-masters” in African agribusiness while calling on Africans to embrace entrepreneurship to proffer sustainable solutions to the continent’s problems.
