The Punch reports that 17,469 Nigerians have been abducted under the administrations of former President Muhammadu Buhari and President Bola Tinubu. The newspaper says the federal government and the US have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the training of the Nigeria police special squad commanders.
