Newspaper Headlines: Aiyedatiwa returns to Ondo, heads cabinet meeting today

Reports on the presentation of the 2024 budget to the national assembly by President Bola Tinubu, permeate the front pages today. 

The Punch reports that the President Bola Tinubu administration is planning to spend N6.75 trillion of its projected N27.5 trillion budget on defence and security, education, and infrastructure in 2024. The newspaper says the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has cancelled the deadline of old naira notes.
