Newspaper Headlines: ASUU kicks as FG seeks to exclude state universities from pay-rise agreement

Reports on the decision of the Buhari administration to procure N1.14 billion worth of vehicles for Niger Republic dominated the cover pages of Nigerian newspapers.

The Punch reports that the national assembly has expressed fears over the worsening insecurity in the country, especially the recent attacks in Abuja.
