Newspaper Headlines: Contractors oppose FG’s decision to dump asphalt for concrete roads

The newspaper says the federal government and leading road construction companies may clash over the decision to dump asphalt for concrete technology.
The Nation reports that President Bola Tinubu has assured investors that his administration will break all barriers to investment for them. The newspaper says the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) is working with commercial banks to clear $10 billion foreign exchange backlog within the next two weeks.
