Newspaper Headlines: EFCC raids BDCs in Abuja, Lagos to curb naira speculation

The clampdown on bureau de change operators by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) amid naira depreciation dominated the cover pages of Nigerian newspapers.

The Punch says EFCC has arrested 87 bureau de change operators in Abuja and Lagos amid naira depreciation. The newspaper reports that the federal government has approved N506 billion for the rehabilitation of the east-west road, which was destroyed by flood.
