Newspaper Headlines: FG deploys 10,000 troops against vandals in Rivers

The collapse of the naira-for-crude deal between Dangote refinery and the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) suffuses the frontpages of the dailies. There is also plenty on the emergency rule in Rivers state.
