Newspaper Headlines: FG seeks vaccine donations as cholera cases hit 1,579

The controversy trailing the plan to purchase new aircraft for President Bola Tinubu and Vice-President Kashim Shettima, dominates the cover pages of Nigerian newspapers.

The Guardian reports that the National Economic Council (NEC) was silent on the issue of minimum wage at the end of its meeting on Thursday. The newspaper says the Crude Oil Refineries Association of Nigeria (CORAN) has backed Dangote Refinery on the allegation that the international oil companies (IOCs) are actively obstructing the refinery’s operations. The Guardian reports that the cholera outbreak in the country continues to spread.
