Newspaper Headlines: FG to spend N3trn on new minimum wage, pension

The national dailies report that states are in a dilemma over the payment of N70,000 as the new minimum wage.

The Nation reports President Bola Tinubu as saying that Nigeria can no longer rely on outdated economic belief systems and strategies. The newspaper reports that the Kano government has approved the release of over N29 billion for various capital projects to improve social and physical development in the state.
