The report that President Muhammadu Buhari will on Tuesday leave the country for a medical trip to London dominated the headlines of Nigerian newspapers. The comments made by Bola Tinubu, national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), at a colloquium to mark his 69th birthday also made the headlines.
