Newspaper Headlines: Lagos, Adamawa back Rivers on VAT collection

The directive of President Muhammadu Buhari to head of security agencies in the country to put an end to banditry and kidnapping dominated the headlines of Nigerian newspapers.

The Nation says President Muhammadu Buhari has again asked service chiefs to end banditry and kidnapping. The newspaper reports that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has raised the dollar allocation of banks by 200 percent.
