Newspaper Headlines: Lagos, Ogun warn residents as Oyan dam plans water release

The newspapers report that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested Darius Ishaku, ex-governor of Taraba, over an alleged N27 billion fraud. There are also reports of impending floods in most cities across the country. 

Daily Trust reports that the presidency has moved to stop the Independence Day protests being planned by the #EndBadGovernance movement. The newspaper says flood has killed 29 people, and destroyed 321,000 houses and 858,000 farmlands in Kebbi.
