Newspaper Headlines: Naira depreciation adds N9trn to foreign debt burden

The comments of Bola Tinubu, presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), at the Chatham House in the United Kingdom on Monday dominated the cover pages of Nigerian newspapers.
