Newspaper Headlines: Nigerian policemen detained, brutalised our officials, Chinese firm alleges

Reports on the seized presidential jets dominate the frontpages of Nigerian newspapers. 

The Punch reports that the management of Zhongshan Fucheng Industrial Investment Co. Ltd said its top officials were unlawfully detained and brutalised by the police during its contract dispute with the Ogun state government. The newspaper says the federal government has threatened to withdraw the operating licences of oil marketers involved in petrol hoarding.
THISDAY reports that Zhongshan Fucheng Industrial Investment Co. Ltd has released one of the three seized Nigerian presidential jets. The newspaper says the federation account allocation committee (FAAC) shared a total sum of N1.358 trillion to the three tiers of government as federation allocation for July.
