Newspaper Headlines: Nigeria’s debt servicing fell from $540m to $276m, says CBN

Guardian reports that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) said the nation’s debt servicing fell from $540 million to $276 million. The newspaper says the All Progressives Congress (APC) has slammed Nasir el-Rufai, former governor of Kaduna, for lashing out at the party due to personal grievances.
