The newspaper says the Ijaw National Congress (INC) said the allegations levelled against Siminalayi Fubara by George Nwaeke, the former head of service in the state, is a deliberate attempt to blackmail the suspended governor.The Nation reports that President Bola Tinubu said the economic crisis triggered by the naira redesign policy nearly forced him to quit the 2023 presidential race.
