Newspaper Headlines: Petrol to sell at N935 per litre from today, says IPMAN

Daily Trust reports that more than 213 Nigerians lost their lives to stampedes in the last 11 years. The newspaper says scrapped Niger Delta and sports ministries got N2.3 trillion in the 2025 budget. The newspaper says the federal government has lifted the ban on mining in Zamfara state.
Nigerian Tribune reports the federal government as saying that President Bola Tinubu’s reforms are not responsible for the recent stampedes in the country. Former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar said the 2025 budget lacks the capacity to address Nigeria’s challenges, the newspaper says.
The Guardian reports that escalating digital fraud, rising mistrust and deepening poverty have slowed Nigeria’s hopes of achieving 95 percent digital inclusion. The newspaper says the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) said its members will sell petrol at N935 litre from today.
