The planned release of the redesigned naira notes into circulation and issues surrounding the policy dominated the cover pages of Nigerian newspapers.





Initiative (NEITI) said Nigeria lost at least 619.7 million barrels of crude oil valued at N16.25 trillion to oil theft between 2009 and 2020. The newspaper says the Northern Elders Forum (NEF) has alleged that millions of voters in the region, particularly, women are being made to surrender their PVCs for N2, 000 by some political parties contesting the 2023 elections.
