Newspaper Headlines: State police, power devolution top agenda of constitution review hearing

The issues raised at the zonal hearings on the review of the 1999 constitution dominated the headlines of Nigerian newspapers.

 

The Punch’s headline says the country’s debt profile has risen to N20.8 trillion under the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari. The newspaper reports that Ekiti state government is set to probe the incident leading to the hospitalisation of 100 students.
