L’equipe, a France online newspaper, however, revealed the identities of the three players as Neymar, Paredes and Di Maria.
“Paris Saint-Germain has formalized three positive cases for Covid-19 after the tests carried out this Wednesday morning. According to our information, it is Neymar in addition to Leandro Paredes and Angel Di Maria,” L’equipe wrote.
“The three players were all returning from Ibiza (Spain), where the virus is actively circulating at the moment. Like many of their teammates, they spent part of their vacation there after the final of the Champions League loss.
“Neymar, Paredes and Di Maria will observe a one-week quarantine.”
