“When we look at some sectors of the economy that have been transformed, one will be very pleased to stand tall to talk about them,” he said.

“The country is also recording some developments in the education sector, with the establishment of additional universities in the country. The federal government is establishing federal universities in all the states of the federation, which will address the needs of the growing population.”

Aminu noted that the current transformation of the agricultural sector had brought succour to farmers who, in the past, experienced difficulties in accessing fertiliser and other farm inputs.

According to him, agricultural policies of this administration have brought about a boost in agricultural activities and guaranteed food security in spite of activities of insurgents.

Aminu further commended Jonathan for not interfering with functions of the legislature, saying it is responsible for the cordial relationship between the legislature and the executive.

“We don’t delve into matters that are within the purview of the executive, neither do they (executive) delve into our own matters,’’ he added.
