Super Eagles B team will now play Yemen on Saturday in Dubai following the withdrawal of Sudan.

Sudan gave no reasons for their sudden withdrawal from the game and in order not to distort the schedule of the national team for the New Year, the Nigeria Football Federation approached Yemen as replacement and they accepted to play the Eagles on the schedule date at the Sevens Stadium.

The secretary general of the Yemen Football Federation, Dr Hamid Alshaibani, has sent a letter to the organisers a copy which was made available to the NFF accepting to play against Nigeria.

The team arrived Dubai by road on Tuesday and coach Daniel Amokachi gave the players the day off. Training for the match will resume on Wednesday.
