As protests continued across the US over Ferguson ruling, Nigerian Olajuwon Davis Ali, has been arrested alongside Orlando Baldwin for the possession of guns and pipe bomb.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported that the duo were planning to bomb St. Louis’ Gateway Arch and murder Tom Jackson, Ferguson police chief as well as Robert McCulloch, St. Louis county prosecuting attorney.
Baldwin and Davis, who were earlier indicted on gun charges, allegedly purchased a fake pipe bomb during a sting operation, with the hopes that they could purchase another two bombs despite not having enough funds for the purchase.
The indictment document published by the authorities showed that Baldwin had purchased two guns sometime from November 1 to November 13 from a Hazelwood gun store, claiming they were being purchased for someone else.

Baldwin and Davis were also charged with aiding and abetting the making of a false written statement in connection with a firearms purchase.
Davis and Baldwin appeared in court on Tuesday and entered not guilty pleas, waiving their right to make a case for bail, so the hearing did not proceed.
Both men are members of the New Black Panthers, a black nationalist organisation in the US, which has dismissed the allegations against Davis and Baldwin in a press statement.
