ntel appoints Ehiagwina as acting CEO

ntel, formerly known as NITEL and Nigeria’s first 4G/LTE-advanced network, has announced Abhulime Ehiagwina as its new managing director/chief executive officer.

The company made this known in a statement issued on Tuesday by Osondu Nwokoro, its director of external affairs.

It said Kamar Abass, ntel pioneer CEO, has stepped down due to “urgent personal and medical considerations”.

The company assured stakeholders that it remains committed to existing obligations and that leadership transition will be smooth and orderly without having any impact on its operations.
