YD Ahmed, director general of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), has cautioned corps members against any form of misconduct during their service year.

In a statement on Monday, Caroline Embu, NYSC’s acting director of information and public relations, said Ahmed spoke while addressing the 2024 Batch ‘B’ Stream Two corps members at the Niger state Orientation Camp in Paiko.

“NYSC by-laws will be enforced for every infraction committed by any corps member. Be law-abiding throughout your service year,” Ahmed said.

“You are expected to dress in line with the approved NYSC dress code because improper dressing attracts sanctions.”
