Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), has won the election in the federal capital territory (FCT).
Obi defeated Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) after the summation of all six area councils in the FCT.
He polled 281,717 votes while Tinubu got 90,902 votes.
Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), came a distant third with 74,199 votes.

Abubakar won the FCT in the 2019 presidential elections.
Obi won the presidential election in the FCT with a 190,815 votes margin.
He secured victory in four area councils while Tinubu won in two.

The LP candidate also won convincingly in Delta state with 341, 866 votes.
He defeated the PDP and APC candidates who got 161, 600 and 90,183 votes respectively.
Delta is the state of Ifeanyi Okowa, the vice-presidential candidate of the PDP.
