Bola Tinubu, president-elect, has nominated 14 more people into the presidential transition council (PCT).
About three weeks ago, Tinubu nominated Atiku Bagudu, governor of Kebbi state, and Olawale Edun, a former commissioner of Lagos, into the council as his representatives.
The council is expected to ensure a smooth transition from the outgoing administration of President Muhammadu Buhari to Tinubu’s incoming government.
Those recently included in the council are Bayo Onanuga(pictured), media director of the All Progressives Congress (APC), and Abubakar Kyari, APC deputy national chairman (north), who will serve as directors of publicity and finance respectively.
