The arts centre was used to store items such as rice, groundnut oil and cartons of noodles in the height of the pandemic.
This development is coming after citizens protested against harassment and brutality by the police.
In the demonstrations that lasted for over a week, hoodlums hijacked them to unleash violence on citizens.
