Oscar Pistorius trial channel back for verdict

The moment everyone has been waiting for is fast approaching, and although it isn’t on a pleasant note, everyone can’t wait to see what the jury will deliver verdict on the long-running trial.

Oscar Pistorius was charged and tried for allegedly deliberately murdering his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp following an argument on Valentine’s Day last year. Although he is likely to be acquitted, experts say he might not necessarily avoid jail time. However, if convicted, he can appeal.

Presiding Judge, Thokozile Masipa is due to hand out the verdict on Thursday and in anticipation, The Oscar Pistorius Trial: A Carte Blanche Channel will pop up on Thursday September 11 at 08:00 CAT.
