Super Falcons forward, Asisat Oshoala, is still on cloud nine after scoring her first goal for Liverpool Ladies in a competitive match.
The Merseyside team defeated Birmingham City Ladies 2-1 in their second game of the FA Women’s Super League encounter at the Select Security Stadium.
Oshoala was in spectacular form scoring one and creating the other as her team bounced back to winning ways after losing their first game to Sunderland Ladies.
She later took to her twitter handle to express her joy.

“Great game, great goal, great assist, great team spirit, great fans, important win, deserved 3pts,” she said.
The reigning FA Women’s Super League champions took the lead when Oshoala slotted in a volley from Gemma Bonner’s cross. She then set up Fara Williams for an easy tap-in.
Aoife Mannion pulled one back for the visitors, but the Reds held on for the win.
