Liverpool Ladies forward, Asisat Oshoala and United States based Courtney Dike have arrived camp of the Super Falcons ahead of the FIFA Women’s World Cup in Canada.
Oshoala who played in Liverpool’s 1-0 loss to Notts County in the English Women Premier League on Sunday arrived on Monday night.
Courtney, who arrived in camp on Tuesday morning, is excited linking up with her teammates yet again.
“I feel super excited to be here because it’s been a while since I’ve been with these girls,” she told thenff.com.

“I have grown a lot as a player, especially from the last U-20 World Cup, so I am excited to bring my skills here and hopefully, help the team.
“It’s a huge honour being in the Super Falcons. The U-20 experience was great; some of the players are still here and I am excited to play with them. I am equally excited to meet the new players as well and learn from the ones that are more experienced than I am. I also relish the fact that I will be playing against the United States where I live.”
Oshoala, on her part, is full of expectations going back to Canada to excel with the team.

“It’s good to be back with the team,” she said.
“I look forward to the World Cup in Canada to excel with my team. It feels really good.”
The duo won silver with the Super Falconets at the FIFA U-20 World Cup also hosted by Canada in 2014. The team lost 1-0 to Germany in the final.
The Super Falcons depart for Toronto, Canada next Tuesday for the World Cup.
