Super Falcons forward, Asisat Oshoala, will join the women’s national team’s camp on Friday.
Oshoala, who is still basking in the euphoria of scoring her first goal in a competitive game for her English side Liverpool Ladies, will be joining the camp with Desire Oparanozie – who is coming on Sunday – as the team prepares for the return leg of the All-Africa Games (AAG) qualifier against Mali at the Abuja National Stadium on April 10.
The first leg ended 1-1 in Bamako.
Like Oshoala, Oparanozie is also doing well for her club En Avan de Guingamp of France. She has so far scored 10 goals in all competitions for them this season and will play a rescheduled league match on Saturday before jetting into the country.

Oshoala confirmed her arrival to Super Falcons’ media officer, Gracious Akujobi, and promised that the team will not disappoint in picking the AAG ticket.
“Well, all I can say to that is, I will do my best to make sure we qualify for the All Africa Games,” she said.
