Former Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo will deliver the keynote remarks during the official launch of ‘It is imPOSSIBLE: Influencing Change in Nigeria’.
The book, authored by Udo Ilo and published by Thoughts and Mace Advisory, will be launched in Abuja on October 14.
In a statement on Monday, the firm said the book offers a detailed exploration of the challenges of driving societal and policy change in Nigeria.
The book also highlights the efforts of civil society organisations, activists, and leaders who are committed to improving the lives of Africans, despite governance often lagging behind the needs of citizens.

“The book provides a roadmap for change agents, offering insight into how consistent and collective action can lead to positive transformations,” the firm said.
The event will feature a fireside chat where discussants will talk about the possibilities for change in Nigeria.
They will explore the roles various stakeholders can play in driving transformation, with Osinbajo’s remarks providing deeper context on the themes of collective action, accountability, and societal progress.

Ahead of the Abuja event, a soft launch will take place on October 8 at the Ford Foundation office in Lagos, in partnership with Tasck.
This event will focus on promoting collaboration between civil society actors and young creatives from the art, music, and social media spaces.
“The Lagos soft launch aims to highlight how these groups can leverage their strengths to inspire action and address social issues,” the firm added.
