Our security strategy is working, say service chiefs

Despite the widespread insecurity in the country, the service chiefs say their strategy is working.

They spoke after meeting President Muhammadu Buhari at the presidential villa, Abuja, on Thursday.

Abubakar Sadique, chief of air staff, told reporters that the meeting was “all about the security of Nigerians and Nigeria”.

He said the security forces would continue to work harder to ensure that every Nigerian is secure and that the territorial integrity of Nigeria is not undermined by anybody.
