Former President Olusegun Obasanjo, on Wednesday, decorated his son, Adeboye, with the latter’s new rank of brigadier-general.
The event took place at the headquarters of the Nigerian Army engineer corps in Lagos.
Adeboye’s decoration with the new rank followed his recent promotion from colonel to brigadier-general in the Nigerian Army.
Meanwhile, Obasanjo, who is a two-term civilian ruler and former military head of state, is a retired general of the Nigerian Army.
