PHOTOS: 21st National Sports Festival kicks off with vibrant opening ceremony

The 21st edition of the National Sports Festival (NSF) commenced with a resplendent opening ceremony at the Stephen Keshi Stadium, Delta, on Wednesday night.

Sunday Dare, minister for youth and sports development, declared open the sporting festivity which featured radiant march past parades from all the participating states including the FCT.

Other dignitaries present at the ceremony include Ifeanyi Okowa, governor of Delta state; Godwin Obaseki, governor of Edo state; Aminu Tambuwal, governor of Sokoto; Duoye Diri, governor of Bayelsa, among others.

The 21st NSF will end on December 10.
