President Muhammadu Buhari returned to Abuja on Sunday from the United States of America after participating in the US-Africa Leaders Summit.
The high-level summit was held between December 13 and 15.
While in Washington DC, the president also participated in the US-Nigeria Business and Investment Forum.
The business roundtable was organised by the American Corporate Council on Africa (CCA) in conjunction with Nigeria’s ministry of industry, trade and investment.

Buhari, alongside leaders of African countries where elections are billed to hold in 2023, also met with US President Joe Biden at the White House.
During the meeting, Biden described Buhari as a “model” of democracy in Africa.
