PHOTOS: Buhari visits Borno, inaugurates teachers quarters

President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday inaugurated quarters built for teachers in Maiduguri, Borno state capital.

Babagana Zulum, Borno state governor, and Kashim Shettima, the All Progressives Congress (APC) vice-presidential candidate, were present at the event.
