Tukur Buratai, former chief of army staff, has officially handed over to his successor, Ibrahim Attahiru.

The handover ceremony took place on Thursday at the army headquarters, Abuja.

President Muhammadu Buhari had, on Tuesday, appointed new service chiefs following the resignation of the former ones.
