PHOTOS: Chain Reactions Africa wins seven awards at SABRE

Chain Reactions Africa, a public relations and integrated communications consultancy firm, has won seven categories at the 2024 SABRE Awards.

In a statement on Monday, Chain Reactions was presented with global honours at the annual African Public Relations Association (APRA) conference, which was held in Abidjan, the capital of Cote d’Ivore.

Chain Reactions was awarded for its “dexterous usage of public relations” with the campaign for the Lagos Blue Rail project.

The PR firm also clinched the award for ‘superior achievement in reputation management’ for “The Hack – Expand Your Hustle” campaign for 9mobile.

The company also won in the ‘Crisis and issues management practice area’ category for its crisis management campaign on the removal of fuel subsidies by the federal government.

Israel Opayemi, Chain Reactions Africa’s managing director and chief strategist, said the recognition was the result of the company’s dedication to producing excellent work.

“To emerge as the winner with the highest haul at the 2024 edition of the award with seven SABRE trophies is humbling as well as exciting for us at Chain Reactions Africa,” he said.
