Former president Goodluck Jonathan and Bola Tinubu, national leader of All Progressives Congress (APC), sat next to each other on Friday at the wedding of Halimat, last daughter of Ibrahim Babaginda, former military head of state.
Minna, capital of Niger state, played host to important dignitaries as the retired general gave out his daughter in marriage.
Halimat got married to Auwal Abdullai, a businessman who has the title: sarkin Sudan of Gombe.
Thirty aircraft landed in the city, while exotic vehicles blazed through the streets.
