PHOTOS: El-Rufai presents staff of office to emir of Zazzau

Nasir el-Rufai, governor of Kaduna state, presented the staff of office to Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli, the 19th emir of Zazzau,  on Monday.

Bamalli, a diplomat and Chevening alumnus was appointed in October after the death of  his predecessor, Shehu Idris.
