Ghana is disinfecting all markets in the state capital, Accra, over coronavirus.
The action became necessary following the confirmation of over a dozen case in the city.
Ghana recorded its first death on Sunday, a 61-year-old Lebanese male trader who was a resident of Kumasi.
The disinfection was carried out by the Accra Metropolitan Assembly.
