PHOTOS: How states marked Armed Forces Remembrance Day

 Governors across the 36 states of the federation, and government officials on Monday participated in the activities organised to mark the 2024 Armed Forces Remembrance Day.

The Armed Forces Remembrance Day is commemorated every January 15 to honour fallen heroes who died in service.

Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau; Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo; Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers; AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara; Dapo Abiodun of Ogun and Sanwo-Olu of Lagos were among governors who marked the event in their respective states.
