PHOTOS: INEC distributes sensitive materials to Bayelsa LGAs

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has distributed sensitive and non-sensitive materials for the gubernatorial elections in Bayelsa state.

The election is scheduled to hold on Saturday, November 11.

TheCable visited INEC headquarters and the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in Yenagoa, the state capital, to observe the distribution of materials.

The bimodal voter accreditation system (BVAS), sealed ballot papers, and result sheets were the sensitive materials distributed to the supervisory presiding officers (SPOs).

International election observers, security officials, and party agents witnessed the distribution.

Bayelsa has eight local government areas.
