PHOTOS: INEC presents certificates of return to governors-elect

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), on Wednesday issued certificates of return to governors, and deputy governors-elect.

The commission had in a statement on Saturday said it would issue the certificates of return to every candidate who has been returned elected from March 29 to 31 as mandated by the law.

The gubernatorial election was held on March 18 in 28 states of the federation.

The presentation took place at INEC state’s offices.
