PHOTOS: Mahmood Yakubu sworn in as INEC chairman for second term

President Muhammadu Buhari has sworn in Mahmood Yakubu as the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for a second term of five years.

Yakubu was sworn in during the federal executive council (FEC) meeting at the presidential villa in Abuja on Wednesday.
