Some governors of states in the north-east have paid a condolence visit to Borno over the recent killing of farmers.

Suspected members of the Boko Haram sect killed more than 40 farmers in Zamarmari area of Jere local government area of Borno state on Saturday.

Babagana Zulum, governor of Borno, on Tuesday, received Darius Ishaku of Taraba, Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa, Bala Mohammed of Bauchi, and Mohammed Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe.
