Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), was seen on Friday clad in an ‘agbada’ and a cap.
Agbada is a native attire that is worn in parts of Nigeria.
In a tweet on his verified account, Obi said he and Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, his running mate, visited the Emir of Bauchi and also went to Kano to pay homage to the Emir of Bichi.
“Recently, I and Dr Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed called on the Emir of Bauchi, HRH Dr. Rilwanu Suleiman Adamu, while on a visit to Bauchi State. -PO,” Obi tweeted.

“It was a pleasure to return to Kano and an honour for Dr Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed and I to call on HRH Nasiru Ado Bayero, the Emir of Bichi and exchange views on critical nation-building issues.- PO.”
Obi also disclosed that he visited Dahiru Usman Bauchi, a prominent Islamic scholar in the north.
