Victor Osimhen, Super Eagles striker, was greeted by a mammoth crowd during his latest visit to Olusosun, his old community, in Lagos.
The 24-year-old striker shared the pictures and footage of his visit to the neighbourhood on Twitter on Friday.
In the images, the Napoli striker was welcomed with glee as he visited his alma mater and the house where he grew up.
He was also spotted roaming the neighbourhood with a group of old friends who entertained him with a novelty match.

Speaking on his return to the community, Osimhen said the visit gave him “so much goosebumps,” adding that he is “grateful for the roots that shaped” his dreams.
He expressed gratitude to the community for the love and support over the years.
“Returning to where my football dream and journey began in Olusosun gives me so much goosebumps,” Osimhen wrote.
“I am humbled and grateful for the roots that shaped my dreams. This is me once again appreciating their love and support, and I will always cherish Olusosun and its people. Thank You!”
